Man Utd Squad for PSG Champions League Clash Confirmed

Manchester United are without a host of first-team stars for their Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain, with the likes of Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard and Ander Herrera again missing out.

The trio were also absent from United's 3-2 win over Southampton on Saturday, with youngsters Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong named on the bench for that game.

And both youngsters are also in the travelling party heading to Paris on Tuesday, while there's also a place for 17-year-old striker Mason Greenwood, and 17-year-old midfielder James Garner.

Here is the squad: 
Keepers: De Gea, Romero, Grant.

Denders: Bailly, Dalot, Lindelof, Rojo, Shaw, Smalling, Williams, Young.

Midfielders: Fred, Garner, Gomes, McTominay, Pereira.

Forwards: Chong, Greenwood, Lukaku, Rashford.

Algeria became Africa Cup of Nations champions for a second time as they edged Senegal 1-0 in a scrappy final on Friday. Djamel Belmadi's side needed a sensational last-gasp Riyad Mahrez winner to beat Nigeria in the last four, but it was a scrappy early strike that decided this clash as Baghdad Bounedjah benefited from a huge deflection. Further chances were few and far between in an ill-tempered affair as Algeria withstood almost constant pressure and also saw a Senegal penalty award overturned with VAR. Jorginho's first goal from open play in the Premier League proved decisive in Chelsea's 2-1 London derby win over Fulham on Sunday, as Kepa Arrizabalaga returned from his post-EFL Cup final exile. Spain international Kepa was dropped for the midweek win over Tottenhamafter refusing to be substituted in the Wembley defeat to Manchester City, but he returned at Craven Cottage as Chelsea moved back to within two points of the top four.
